Welding electrodes of different sizes and material are also maintained as stock in our Store Room. Electrodes are maintained at Re-drying temperatures (@ 350°C for 1 Hour OR @ 250°C for 2 Hours) and thereafter at Holding temperatures (@ ~ 60°C) in Stationary as well as Portable Owens.

All incoming raw material (Plates, Pipes, Bars etc) undergo visual and dimensional checks by our Quality Control team. Co-relating Heat Mark Nos. on the material are verified with reference to the material test certificates before accepting it. If material is received without co-relating test certificates, samples are drawn and check tested at recognized test laboratories before accepting the material into stock. Materials that do not meet the requirements of specifications are returned to the suppliers with our rejection note.

Records of Welding Procedure Specification, (WPS) Welding Procedure Qualification (PQR) and Welders Performance Qualification (WPQ) etc. are properly documented and preserved. Similarly all Stage-wise Inspection records, NDT reports, Heat Charts, Hydrostatic Test Certificate etc. as applicable for the equipment are maintained in the respective equipment’s inspection file.
